Wilberg is suing Google for firing him for refusing to participate in a glass ceiling where white and Asian men were specifically targeted and unable to be hired into high ranks within the company. This is possibly the most public and visible glass ceiling situation known, with the glass ceiling not being hypothetical but codified into the company's rules. Google stated that they were "unapologetic" about not hiring equally.

And you wonder why people have to sign an NDA to even interview at Google. We've long known that Google was a terrible environment to work in, they've become famous for questionable practices and having to keep every aspect of their company secret to continue to attract out of touch college students who don't realize that career pariah that Google is.
