Just saw a Facebook Ad for these guys...
They seems to be from Connecticut, my home state. It seems they run on AWS, they just built a framework over the top of it.
I'll be checking them out soon, and I'll provide screenshots.

Looks like it's just you getting an AWS instance with them doing an install script for you? So you pay more than AWS which is already double Vultr. I'm unclear what you are getting for they money.
