Solus 3 Released, Linux Desktop

Solus 3, the latest major version of the innovative Linux desktop distribution, has released. Major changes include updates to the Linux kernel, additional of Ubuntu Snap support and improvements to Solus' in house Budgie desktop environment.

I heard that Solus plans to move from GTK to QT sometime soon. Is that in this release?
