Data lost in my Phone(Android)

I have installed one CCTV app from WhatsApp group when I installed it showed as being installed.When I opened that app,it was asking Administrator right,so I closed that app.When I closed that app,the app shortcut I clicked which showed as 'App is not installed';I thought this error may be un proper installation,so restarted my phone.
After a restart,there is no photos,videos,PDF and Gif files inside my phone.All the app which was there was present and working fine.
Help me to retrieve data from my phone.My data percentage before deletion of data is 92% phone is being utilized
But now only 32% utilized.
Help me.
All my family photo and videos are there

Where are your mobile backups? Usually Google Photos is free for users and they are uploaded to your gmail account on a constant basis. You might have downloaded a bad app from the PlayStore.

Why are people downloading APKs from WhatApp? That is crazy. Of course they are losing their data. That's exactly what you would expect.

Why would people on WhatsApp be sharing APKs like this? They should know that no one should ever accept files like that. That's a very predatory way to share files. Unless you personally know every person in that group and have verified them as someone you trust, that's about the worst place I could possible imagine to get something to install.

I'm not sure what to tell you. You should never, ever be installing software like this. The reason that you would expect someone to share software in a group like that is for the purpose of stealing your data or holding it ransom. This is the kind of security that we talk about every day, how end users are constantly tricked into installing software from an untrusted source and how this is the core of all security holes. This is called a trojan horse because the attack vector is convincing a human to give control to the malicious software, the software doesn't have to be very fancy since all of the real work is in tricking the human.
