CEO Jeff Bezos told investors at a shareholder meeting Wednesday that he expects to significantly increase the number of robots used to fulfill customer orders.

In all actuality, it makes sense. They are so large that they almost have to eliminate as much human error as possible, specially with the kind of demand that get's placed on them around the holidays. Any one remember this past year's fiasco with shipping?
