NOTICE: Changes pending for Pertino client versions

      Dear Valued Customer and Partner,

As part of our continued process of customer communication, we are notifying customers of older Pertino client versions 466 and earlier (posted July 2015) that older client versions will no longer be supported.

Clients prior to version 470 will be deprecated as of August 15, 2016. After August 15, 2016, customers using versions 466 and earlier will no longer connect to the Cradlepoint NetCloud Engine (formerly Pertino).

To ensure the best possible customer performance, we are requesting customers upgrade their older Pertino clients to the latest version, currently version 544.

Upgrading clients helps ensure that your network takes advantage of improvements architected in Cradlepoint’s cloud architecture. Clients can be downloaded from www.pertino.com/download.
