Are Nortel 5510 Switches still a viable option? I'm looking at getting a couple cheap. 1 for my home network and one for a local non-profit that is in need of another switch for a second building uplink.

Also what's the configuration commands like on these? are they pretty close to cisco I used one or two nortel's but it's been years ago. and I don't remember the commands nor could I find them.

I thought Nortel went out of business a while back.

Ended up Picking up the Dell PowerConnect 5448 instead of the Baystack 5510 which means it's layer 2 instead of layer 3. The main reason is I could not find any configuration guides or list of commands for the baystack. Both are gigabit switches and the Dell cost 2x as much as the nortel but, at least in the dell I know I can replace the fans with silent ones for home use.
