FreePBX : Sonicwall TZ 600 Setup :- Why VOIP on VPN doesn't work if I Enable SIP transformations but the remote Softphones on internet connected through dyndns works fine. VICEVERSA#

I would like to add here that not all remote softphones connect to FreePBX only few register for rest they don't even register.
-
So if I enable SIP transformations... The VOICE on Softphones connecting through dyndns IP works.. but the softphone clients on the VPN for users working from home doesn't register.. And if I disable the SIP transformation, the Softphones connecting through dyndns works but the Softphone connected through VPN doesnt work.
-
Also the softphone on VPN are using VPN because I suppose the local ISPs in India must be completely blocking their VOIP features.
-
However here at my Main office users are able to connect to softphones using their wifi connection but not the mobile data.
-
As far as I know I have allowed all the necessary ports through the firewall because if I enable SIP transformations Softphones connecting through DYNDNS work fine except VOIP ON VPN.
Any suggestions please.?

Enable SIP transformations
Why would you use SIP Transformations? Disable that.

Sonicwall TZ 600 Setup
SonicWall can work, but is known for being problematic for VoIP. Literally the most problematic firewall on the market. It's the bane of telephony work. Anytime people have issues like this, VoIP engineers always start with "you have a Sonicwall, don't you?"
The first thing is, anything that "manages SIP", like SIP Transformations, has to be disabled as those are just SIP blockers. No idea why it's there or why they try to trick you into enabling it, but it has to be off.

Sounds like phones are blocked from the outside in general, then.

I think we need to know more about your VPN setup, sounds like that is just broken and likely the culprit.
