Azure Bastion Resolves VM Internet Access Security Issues

Most often, production VMs are refrained from connecting to the Internet via public IPs. To avoid cybersecurity issues, a site-to-site VPN or console VM, holding a public IP, are used. Azure Bastion comes in to resolve that concern. The new Microsoft PaaS allows to connect production VMs to the Internet, be they Windows or Linux, right through Azure Portal.
