Who Upvoted Not Disappearing

First, let me say that a group for nothing but community questions and issues would make sense. Maybe someone can look into creating one (hint hint @scottalanmiller )...
Anyways, I'm having issues where the little...window/pop-up/thing that shows who upvoted a post is not disappearing after upvoting. While I was writing my previous post, it was just hung there. If you hover back over it again, it disappears, but it's not doing it on its own and it's kind of annoying. Figured I'd report it.

It does, you just have to mouseover some of the options near by, like down vote, quote etc.
I had the same issue earlier today but it seems to be resolved now.

Right, and mousing over those or refreshing the page clears it, but it's kind of annoying that you have to do that.

I will keep an eye out for this. Have not seen it happen yet.

It doesn't happen to me. The popup is only there if I mouse over.

Yeah, that is how it is for me. Chrome here.

It's weird because sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I haven't seen a pattern yet.
