Additional desktops are definitely in Windows 9. After only fifteen years of mocking from the UNIX world for being so far behind, Microsoft is finally playing catchup and bringing an entry level multiple desktop solution to a mature marketplace.
If you like this, why not have been on Linux since the 1990s when this was first popular?

Yeah I used it on linux before. I have also installed programs on windows to have more desktops. I love the start menu is back. I know 8.1 has one but its like going from a big 4x4 with a V8 to a moped.
