I just ran
get-aduser -filter * -properties passwordlastset | select name, passwordlastset | sort-object name | export-csv "passwordslastset.csv"
the oldest

Those are two older accounts from back in the inglorious IWAM days of Windows 2000 and 2k3 IIS. Accounts are disabled but still around in our AD.
