@scottalanmiller what is the difference between RHCSA and RHCE exam?

RHCSA is the junior exam that you get before completing the full RHCE.

There's plenty of redhat and centos 40+ hour courses on udemy for under $20.

And lots of good books on Amazon.

I've done some of the RHCA stuff. Really in depth.

There are plenty free red hat resources out there, but if you want to focus specifically on the exam I suggest buying a udemy course and getting a book on Amazon.

If you don't have alot of experience I think the boot camp is important in addition to the book. You should probably start with the entry level cert and build a base from there.

Do you currently have nay certs @Lakshmana ?
Whats your skill level with Linux?

I don't have any experience with this particular cert. I'd just search Amazon for related books and read the reviews to see how helpful the material is.

For me, a book is not enough I prefer boot camps and audio files to listen to while driving and at work. I've put over 150 hours on CISSP training so far.

I'd highly recommend a boot camp for basic understanding. I've been very happy with udemy and gave used udemy courses for many certs

It was good, but extremely expensive. RHCA is the Architect exam and the material, last that I knew, was only available through Red Hat's own classes.

It's my experience that you get what you pay for. The reason I am such a fan of Udemy, is that it would take you hours, days, weeks, etc to search for that amount of free information. Not to mention that it is in a correct order to match the outline of the course.

Is it worth spending 40-100 hours to find information that is unorganized to save $10-20?
