Solving the Holiday Christmas Puzzle

Trying to solve the holiday Christmas fill-in-the-blanks, but I'm pretty new to the whole Christmas thing. The theme is the twelve days of Christmas.
The format is:
_ _ _ _ _, _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (five letters, three, three, nine)
Capitals are: H, A, I, M
Lower case: d d y l v l t e o t s e o l n iHELP! Lol

Holly, Ivy and Mistletoe

Does each word begin with a capital letter? I see Mistletoe and it's 9 letters...

Mistletoe was the last letter. I also mistyped the letters like a doofus and put a "y" in instead of a v. A second y. It's Holly, Ivy and Mistletoe.

Yeah, that kind of breaks the whole thing when you transcribe the wrong letters.
