What type and model of webcam you use in your conference room? The webcam will be use for video conference by multiple people.

For conference room designed for less than 10 people I use a Logitech BCC950 ConferenceCam.

I second the BCC950. We also use the Logitech c930e for a large conference room to give an overview given the wide angle nature of the image.
