We have been using http://www.trackvia.com/ for more than 5 years and now they are pushing their customers to their newer platform with a starting price of US$ 1,000 per month (this is huge when compared to their original platform which was starting at as little as $100 per month and we are paying only ~ $400 per month at the moment).
Are there anyone using similar services to give me some recommendations?

Not having used it, it is hard to tell what all is provided and how it all works. Looks like a neat product, but it is custom application making that seems to make it special.
What is it that makes this service attractive compared to making your own application? I mean for you specifically? Is this meeting all of your needs? How much would it take to create a bespoke solution that you have total control over and no fears over someone raising the price or going out of business down the road?

@scottalanmiller I do not think I am knowledgeable enough to make something similar all by myself.
It is a bunch of interconnected SQL tables but making a user friendly customer interface requires some coding skills I think. -

It is something that might be extremely outsourceable. A small investment in owning something like this might pay off in spades.

Getting original workflow apps made is really easy these days. If you don't want to learn it yourself you can get a developer to create it pretty quickly.

Even I've got workflow apps running and a new one is being built over the weekend by a friend for quoting. So quick and easy.
