Any body know how to configure easy tier in IBM V3700 storage.

I've not use the V3700 myself, but this class of SAN is generally quite easy to use and the V3700 is specifically touted for its easy to use web interface. My guess would be that it is quite easy to use. It's a pure SAN (not file storage) which adds a lot to the ease of use. Combined devices tend to be dramatically more complicated.

I manage a Storwoze 3700, you can find the option for easy tiering is in the web interface, I think is in the "settings" menu (the last voice on the right column).
