Devices by the numbers
-
I just thought this information was interesting. This is a traffic to a non-tech website so I am sure the numbers are different if you look at a tech website, but the mobile vs desktop amazes me. What kind of percentage do normal websites receive?
-
I don't know what normal is but I've heard that mobile platforms are the majority of web traffic already at this point and ever increasing. I'm sure ML is not like that, but that's because it is a posting forum, rather than a reading website.

I am 90% desktop with ML since most of my ML browsing time is while I am at work.

More Windows Phones than Linux kind of surprised me. Also 3 blackberries LOL

Consumption vs Creation - if your site is not interactive you just need a dumb device to view it. If you need to interact with it, the opposite.

It's basically a blog with social media features

@IRJ yep, makes sense then - it's for consumption.
