I have InTune with other services but I used it for a bit, got rid of it. One of those where free was bad for me, As a paid product it is poor.

Zero contracts we have are interested in paying for a service monthly. I don't understand the archaic thought processes here. These are the same 'decision makers' that think open source means insecure.

Most companies I've worked for disliked monthly reoccurring subscriptions. They rare pay a huge upfront fee and pay nothing until required to upgrade.... And then often putting the upgrades off as long as possible.

FTFY.

Which is what put them in this shitty position in the first place. Would they buy a car and leave broken parts inside of it expecting it to run perfectly?

We use Airwatch at work with Apple's DEP program. Jamf is another one I've heard good things about.

Why do you assume something is broken?

My entire infrastructure is the equivalent of a 1993 Ford Ranger with a barely functional transmission. I guess "breaking" is more accurate.

Udate: I'm sticking with Meraki for at least another year. But I'm only using it for iPhones and iPads to keep cost down. I'll not be using it to manage our Windows laptops anymore.
-
@dustinb3403 Has anyone figured out what the Meraki pricing is for MDM?
-
@carnival-boy What was the pricing like?

I don't recall off hand, but I did find their pricing somewhere a while ago.

I vaguely remember it being in $8 per device per month range. Also, they were giving 100 free devices, but the moment you pay those go away. IE if you have 101 devices, you pay for 101 devices. if you have 100 devices you can keep it free.
