Azure Sync
-
I need to setup and Azure sync with On-prem. Issue is that we already have accounts in Azure and 365. From what I understand that is since I do not have a clean slate on both parts of the cloud side, this can get very dicey. Is there a read only version to sync with the cloud side and then activate the writes to the later? What if we have an on Prem AD account that matches the Off prem 365 or AD account, how bad will it freak out?
Directory sync is for 365 and Azure AD connector is for Azure right? Am I just getting too worried about this since there is no clean slate on the cloud side? -
I have no clue, but definitely interested in any replies.

So you are only looking to sync AD? Or something else? I don't think that you need a clean slate, normal sync (not full integration) definitely does not require bidirectional clean slates.
