That moment when...

What's a bad moment that comes to mind? I'll start:
That moment when you realize your LANSchool recommendation sucks because you didn't realize they were acquired by Stoneware, who were acquired by Lenovo.
-
Ouch... I've used http://italc.sourceforge.net/ previously and that has worked.
-
That moment when you want to restore a backup and never tested that before - just to find out that your backup is faulty.

Or that moment when you put in a tape to do a restore, and realize the previous backup job never finished, and is now erasing your tape.
(Dated history.)
-
Also great: That moment when you are at a customers site and realize that your dev team didn't test the release version (debug and release can be a huge difference, even in small projects)

That one actually got me laughing out loud. Thanks for that.

Well it's a good thing I totally TOTALLY made that one up or I'd be hurt you were laughing at my pain.

Someone just went to a dark place.
-
Pun intended, of course.

... when you can't get your head around why the f*ck you can't read data that's inserted into a SQLite DB from another process. Must be an AutoCommit issue, locking, caching or something like this...
Nope. Insert and select were both going into different databases (Visual Studio project\db.sqlite and bin\debug\db.sqlite).
