Is there a rogue service attempting to use this user account? Is the profile being locked (AD style) or just the password is being expired and having to be reset every time they login?

It tells her the password is wrong, and she has to go through the password reset routine each time she logs in. It's a user created within SodiumSuite.

Ah - Make sure the Organization is in all CAPS, user lower, password as typed

Though he specified the wrong location for the conf file.

While this isn't full session replay, Piwik allows you to capture full keystrokes on any website you setup and it's fully free to use. Not something that's advertised but super simple to do and setup.

While that company is a good value, and where I currently run my home lab from. The first of the two servers I had with them had all kinds of drive issues, even after the HDDs were replaced. Many support cases later, I ended up just moving it all to a different server. Would never trust them to run actual workloads, sadly.

What does Native VDI mean? VDI only refers to something being virtualized. RDS is as much native VDI as any other remoting technology. VDI is just one to one usage, instead of many to one. VDI predates any modern VDI associated technologies.

Okay, in my case not involving additional software or application to set it up that is not Microsoft.

RDS is all Microsoft. But MS and VDI have no tie together. You can do VDI with nothing but KVM and Linux guests.

They have a docker container for it? That'd solve a lot of problems, assuming it works (don't get me started on the non-working instructions for most docker containers.)

Most companies IT is "mature" at this point (Hell SABRE is like 70 years old) and if your company runs on it, you're stuck with a choice of spending a few hundred million to get off of it, or accepting you don't control your own code.

Pretty sure everyone has accepted that the choice to stay on SABRE has crippled the industry and that they would have all been better moving off of it.

A 2-3 year project that costs 9-11 figures depending on your size? Good luck getting a bored to approve and see that thru in an industry that is tied to the boom/bust cycle of oil prices.

You are using the "people make bad decisions, so we should make bad decisions" logic. If the logic for using a UTM is "we won't do smart things" then we are back to "people use UTMs mistakenly."
