I got it working. My boss changed the name of the SMTP service to HOLDSMTP then when he changed it back it broke the patch. I pulled my from my backup then reinstalled the patch and everything is working.

I read about this last week. Nuts how this is a bug and they thought the best fix was to just restart it. Granted I do that a lot with desktops but the risk is much less there.

it's just an invisible character You can probably use the alt setup like the Alt+0160 or find it in the character map as well.

There are a lot of cool folder hacks using the system codes to make shortcuts to system level items or new control panel folders etc. But, they really aren't that useful in reality most of the time.

Someone in my office had that happen yesterday!
