Practice, practice, practice!!! I feel like such a slacker... We had been doing 2x rehearsals a week before going into the studio. Knocked that out just in time for our drummer to head off to Europe for 5 weeks. I've barely touched my guitar in weeks
But I'm redoing my pedalboard... into 2 pedalboards!

I just went full-tilt slash and burn on some old DNS records. Did it manually because 85% of that subnet is about to be repopulated with new systems. Felt really good to watch the list shrink to 8 or 9 entries.

Im honestly wiping tears from my eyes after listening to the preliminary mixdown of one of our songs...

holy shit, thats MEEEEE!!!

Another 12 hour recording session on Saturday, but the tracking is DONE. Now we wait on the 1st mixdown...

I've got a TON of new hardware to roll out... 10g switches, new PDUs, firewalls, servers, and storage (like 120TB usable space!). And I have to physically move all our current production to one of the new racks. And later tonight I'm going back into the studio to double up my guitar tracks and nail all the solos.

The gear is packed, and we are about to head out to the recording studio!!!! We've blocked out the whole weekend, but we are well prepared. Stay tuned for the highly anticipated release date!

Having read many online articles/posts/whatever that were clearly written by some AI, all I can say is that the content it regurgitates is garbage. So the time you will spend editing the output will probably get you even with the effort required to have just written it yourself.

Finally clearing out some overgrown bits around the yard. 2 days' pile of trimmings is bigger than my tarp.

Pick-a-peppa makes a mango one and a mango ginger one. Both are amazing, and quite mild.
