I recently found out I have Celiac Disease on top of my corn, bleach and tomato allergies. So I eat tons of veggies and lots of cheese, yogurt and rice. Due to a thyroid issue I am also on meds for that. So far I have lost 40ish lbs.
One day I may have some sort of issue with my diet, but I like it too much but 40 lbs ain't bad. Currently I'm about 190-200 as my floating weight, I'm also a 6'0" male so I'm not insanely far away from my goal of 170-180, losing 10-30 lbs shouldnt be too dreadful. I just dont like vegetables
