Might be worthwhile checking to see if there's something already available within your payroll or HR software. Just to avoid re-inventing something that you might already have.

      Excellent suggestion. Thanks.
The current setup does not have such functionality.

      Also still, still broke.

And if my prior link didn't fix it, are you properly rebuilding the assets?

Interesting - I haven't seen any of these updates offered

      KB5001649 was issued for Windows 2004 and 20H2, KB5001648 for 1909, KB5001638 for 1809 and so on.

I have a couple with the blank blocks issue and don't see a fix for Build: 19041.867

I'll give it the weekend, then I'll just have to start experimenting.

@nadnerB That is just marketing of company's public image. And it surely does make financial sense for Apple.
Scott's example of NTG is probably something different.
The company I work for have priorities other than financial, but that is not true for Apple or many other signatories there.

      Everyone recovering today?

It's eerily quite in the office this morning. Like a majority of the users are still on vacation.

Same here. Come to be expected around here. Catching up on emails after being out of the office for the past 6 days. I had vacation days to burn.

I ended up deleting the admin account, so there's zero accounts in it now.

I was kind of hoping that it'd complain about deleting the only account and put up a bit more of a fight. Perhaps with one of those "Contact support to remove this account" messages or at least have some documentation available.

Interesting, will have to look into how that cascades.

@scottalanmiller lol, this is probably true, I do remember an article about some os code that was leaked a long time ago and they were quite embarrassed with even some of the comments that was left in the code as well.

Ha ha. Yeah stuff like this dating from the Windows 3 era is bound to be atrocious.

If you go to Fry's, stay clear told the sales people. They know less than you do. Check out what they have, read the specs, and test it out. Whatever they do buy, I suggest just wiping out the Windows install with some form of Linux.

Stay away from Best buy, of course. Microcenter might be a good bet, but I've never been in there. Pawn shops and local eBay would be some of my last contenders to consider.

They bait and switch too. They also lie about used products and pretend that they are new.

I guess they did not bail fast enough after it happened to ITT in the States.

People should have been paying attention. Anyone know this "school"? Was it like ITT?

I'm not sure about "like ITT" as I've no idea who they are other than they've been painted as pirates in academic gowns.

I've not had anything to do with them but going by the graduation % stats, I'm glad I didn't.

Those stats are much worse now!

@nadnerB Wow, just your highlights here read like a long nightmare. Only government would assume they could pressure another company into doing something it doesn't want to do. Then 'cloudify' the software, as if that's any different than virtualizing it! 😆

And as if that's any different than not virtualization it. It's really just gibberish.

I'm hoping to get a secondary Android this year, as a second phone I think that it would be ideal for me. I'm considering the Asus ZenFone Go and the ZenPhone 3 Zoom. The dual SIM card thing is a huge factor for me. As is the crazy long battery life.

      Is this the apocalypse ?

      Something like that.

I guess the reason the government cares about this is all FUD then?

Why else did you think that HIPAA has no real value. It doesn't require that things be even remotely secure and doesn't create any security practices that good IT and management would have been worlds beyond already. So given that its purpose clearly wasn't to secure data but to pretend to secure data, what else could it be for?
