I was planning out a document for our Scale HC3 customers that was around Windows Group Policy pushes just like this, @scottalanmiller. Great content as always!

RE: Introductions
My name is Morgan Balas and I am the Technical Writer at Scale Computing. I have been with Scale for almost 5 years now. I was previously a ScaleCare Support member, moving from Tier I to Installation Manager and Senior Tier II Support Engineer before transitioning to Technical Writer. I still work closely with the Support Team on a daily basis and you'll even catch me handling cases and calls from time to time to keep up on product changes and customer concerns. It's all in the best interest of making applicable documentation that makes customers' lives easier!
Definitely give us a shout if you ever have any questions or concerns (or even recommendations and feature requests!). We love to hear from customers and, as @blakerodier said, ensure they have a #BestEver support experience!

Documentation: Information Security with HC3 White Paper
Preface snippets:
The security of your information and data is paramount to Scale
Computing. In order to be agile in the ever-changing security
landscape, all technology platforms must adapt quickly. Threat
vectors from new avenues are emerging on a daily basis. Our culture has always been about having an exceptionally
efficient and focused engineering team. A tight-knit, highly skilled
team of engineers and developers cuts back on the red tape
and delay that may be present in other organizations and keeps
the focus on what matters in this always demanding landscape:
innovation, stability, and security for the customer. In keeping with
this culture, we have built the HC3 appliance using our own
proprietary software in combination with common building blocks
of well-tested open source technologies.Scale Computing has a focus on simplicity, stability, and security
without compromising performance or design. We understand
your data is integral to your business, and you can trust in the
integrity and safety of that data on the HC3 appliance.
The laws and regulations often change as quickly as the
vulnerabilities to an organization do, and it is important to be as
prepared and educated as you can be in this shifting field.Read the complete Information Security with HC3 White Paper here: http://bit.ly/2kM0ett

RE: If you are new drop in say hello and introduce yourself please!
Hello, everyone! Morgan Myers from Scale Computing, Technical Writer and Senior Support Engineer there. I was directed to this site in passing from Dave Demlow and Craig Theriac on our product team and had to join after poking around a bit and seeing all of the awesome stuff going on! Nice to meet everyone!
