My name is Morgan Balas and I am the Technical Writer at Scale Computing. I have been with Scale for almost 5 years now. I was previously a ScaleCare Support member, moving from Tier I to Installation Manager and Senior Tier II Support Engineer before transitioning to Technical Writer.
