yep that was my point. sales and marketing folks kid themselves it is a warm, hot call blah blah. If you are not expecting the call. sorry it's cold. It is up to the marketer/salesperson to do a good job after that. I as a saleperson have NOT earned the right yet. That is my job. or should be.
