Clojure is freaking awesome. LISP on Java. NTG maintains a huge Clojure reference library. I hope to get to do a Clojure project at some point.

Could be. Although if the heads don't move and "print" it's just a chemical mixer. You can have a black and white printer, in fact they started off that way. Color does not define a printer. But making designs does. A printer creates designs.... pouring ink from one bucket into another is not printing.

@alexntg Unfortunately, no. With this client I am lucky to even be involved in the hardware purchasing. Our main role there is software development. I keep carefully trying to get this work from the company that does it, but you know how that works.

I actually started down that path in Q1 of 2013 when we deployed Elastix at my main site but ran out of time. Back then the T32G was not part of the configurator, but I did find this gem, which may help you:

I got as far as adding the T32G to the phone database on the server so that it would show as an option when Elastix detects the phone. But that's as far as I made it.

Yes. It needs patched to get all of the updates. It is a mature release at this point.

We use network solutions but planning to move out of that soon! They have this "my time support" which is basically helps you to do the setup, but even if you don't want it, it keeps activating and getting charged, which is very weird. We cancelled this almost 3 times already.

I believe that that is true. The big SP thing did not work well, they developed a very unhealthy culture of people reading too much into the SP numbers.

It was often used to host mail servers from residential or business dynamic IP addresses. As things shift to stable, often hosted, infrastructure, the need for dynamically updating external DNS diminishes. It still has uses for low-end failover scenarios.

They also only have a coupe, of mentions on SW. Mostly about spamming people via email to sign up.

Nah, not always. The last one they had a local vendor (the pancake man) come out and make pancakes... they were some of the best I've ever had.

That being said, I knew the food wasn't going to be great when I heard it was at the VFW - I say this from previous experience.
