Well, it is our place, as it is part of determining how and when you do business or what type of business with the country. Having the government behave as a Comcast, for example, means that datacenters and datacenter service companies avoid the country and go to other countries entirely for services. It means that critical support systems and banking goes to another country because needed redundancy and expertise is not available. If you are in IT, then the infrastructure and decisions of a country are very much something you have to consider.

Yes, normal businesses block all traffic on all ports and only allow 80 and 443 (web ports) via proxies. So any app that used another port would be assumed to be always broken, even in many homes. You need to proxy all traffic, not just some traffic, and you need a proxy that can terminate SSL for the end users are you are wasting your time because basically every site supports SSL today and if you can't filter SSL the proxy is pointless.

Sure we do. NTG has 2 datacenter locations, with DCs in each. IT-ADMIN only has 1 datacenter location, so putting a DC at the remote site would be a good idea. If he/she had another datacenter location, it would be less of a concern.

thanks for your suggestion, i know that the best idea is to have an additional DC in the remote location, i will try another machine and promote it in the branch office, i will not give up, because i doubt the previous ADC has something wrong in its system, if it doesn't work i will try RODC
