Fair enough. You have to be in the right place, with a good counselor (doesn't necessarily have to have specific background on you) for it to work. It took me years before I was in the place.

Pertino would not work for this. it is not designed for it.

He wants to connect to a European IP and then watch streaming media over that IP.

Pertino could I guess if the device in Europe was then routing the incoming traffic back out tot he internet. But that is not a normal configuration for Pertino.

Also you would have to force normal internet traffic locally to go out Pertino instead of out to the internet.

Pretty well. I have only used it with friends and family. Not with any actual clients yet, but the speed is pretty good and its just as configurable as UltraVNC. Many different settings can be tweaked for slow connections or other special circumstances.

Really great for extending home labs.

I will point out that since its an ADM file instead of an ADMX file, I had to import it manually for the specific policy. ADMs don't automatically populate when in the central store. Although I did copy the ADM to the central store since it was easy to browse to when importing

And that is a weakness of single char excerpts from security codes. There's no good way to hash those, so they have to be stored in plain text. So make sure you don't reuse that as a PIN elsewhere.

My hand just grew back. So I have that going for me.

If it is only for the first year or something, nothing really wrong with it. If it was a permanent rate, that would be different.

yes.

It was super easy to do. I just created the folder and dropped the new ADMX files in.
