@scottalanmiller -- I got an error the first time I tried it. Turns out that the code when copied from the initial post contained a leading and trailing space. Once I removed those, the system accepted the code just fine.

Only $200? Is that right?
$200 is for their EV (StartSSL
Extended Validation) product. I believe that they are offering the base StartEncrypt service for free.I'm sure someone will JIH and correct me if I'm wrong.

Since Sodium is more than just a helpdesk and has asset management, then I'm for:
SodiumIT
or
Sodium Solutions
I can absolutely see where you are coming from on this. Makes sense.
I definitely like Sodium Solutions.
Reminds me of salt water.

That's definitely a nice feature. I've been a long time FF user and I use pinned tabs with it. I will definitely keep this in mind as I continue evaluating Chrome.

Just pushed out a small, new update. This one adds a little + button on an existing ticket near the sub-tickets area. Click that to create a new ticket as a sub-ticket of an existing one.
Any way to have the display stay on the selected "primary" ticket when clicking this new little + button to create a sub-ticket?

Sodium Help Desk -- Subticketsposted in SodiumSuite
A few thoughts about subticket handling --
- It would be good if we could filter on the type of ticket (primary / sub ticket)
- There should be a way to distinguish the status of a sub ticket (open, closed, etc) when viewed from the primary ticket view
- Along the same lines, there are times when I would only want to see the open subtickets when viewing the primary ticket. Can this be configured or maybe a option to toggle this on/off from within the ticket view?

Agreed. Should discuss on their upcoming conference call.

Just in case there are those like me that did not consider this. If you fall for the "Free" credit monitoring offered by Equifax, upon agreement you forfeit your right to sue for any damages. Not that I could afford to sue, but if you can or might dont fall for it.
Supposedly it also prevents you from joining any of the class-actions that are filed.

Sodium Filters / Viewsposted in SodiumSuite
A couple of observations --
- When none of the Ticket Status checkboxes are checked, only open tickets are shown. I would expect all tickets to be shown.
- Need to be able to update / remove a View. Currently get the following when I try to Save Filter As View with an existing name

@IRJ Me too. Perhaps we can convince them to allow us to move our "standard" boxes over to this program once it is up and running.

RE: SodiumSuite Helpdesk Timeposted in SodiumSuite
@dustinb3403 I think you meant to say "can't".

Either way, I disagree with your position that a custom time allowance doesn't make sense. Not all time tracking is for billable hours. Therefore, someone may want to track time in smaller increments strictly for the purpose of accurately representing how their time was spent.
