Enjoying my last lunch break at this job. Yay! No more getting attacked for a living.

I basically just knew VOIP existed and that's about it. Now having to troubleshoot soft phones and hard phones and the occasional strange soft phone-hard phone combo, it's more on my mind.

I wish I had invested a portion of my college fund, also wish I didn't waste 6 years of my life and loan debt on a degree I won't use....but hindsight is 20/20.

This is definitely something that gets taken for granted. I rarely think of who is going to read what I write, but I do tend to be more conservative when posting. I think it's always best practice to at least be professional.

Hello all! I was introduced to this forum by @quixoticjeremy. I'm new to the IT world, currently going for a IT management bachelors and have a masters in childhood education. I hope to learn some things from here. I'm from western NY, work two jobs, and have a pretty severe caffeine habit.
