@black3dynamite said in Managing Color Printing:
I don't remember exactly but I think we are only charged based on print counts or something like that, so we don't really worry about it that much.
B&W are normally around 1 cent per page, Color is normally closer to 10 cents, so it makes to big difference

I recommend the Ubiquiti AmpliFi with two mesh antennas.

RE: Has Anyone Used Netgear Orbi?
@networknerd Honestly, I would stick to the plan, and get Ubiquity gear. You could skip the Cloud Key, and just setup the controller on a laptop, or find someone who would let you use there controller

Go to Settings > Update & security > Advanced options
Option 1 allows you to choose a servicing channel (previously called a branch). The default setting is Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted), which corresponds to what was previously known as the Current Branch.
You can change this setting to Semi-Annual Channel (the new name for what was previously known as Current Branch for Business, as shown here. That defers feature updates until Microsoft declares them "ready for business deployment," a milestone that typically occurs about four months after the initial release.

RE: Microsoft SAM (Software Asset Management)
@dustinb3403 we refused, however they just went to our parent company and got them to do it, meaning then they forced us to do it. I am pretty sure when you use Microsoft products you agree to be audited.
