Yes. In one of the screenshots it lists a Source Port field. I dont have that field. In another screenshot I see Create a reflexive policy. I dont have that either.

    • Problem with SonicWall Port Forwarding

I have been trying for a while now to setup a Sonicwall to allow access to an Owncloud server from the internet. I have used the wizard and done it manually. If anyone has successfully done this on a Sonicwall, is it too much to ask to post screenshots of what you did to get it working? Owncloud works internally just fine on port 8080.

    • Apache on CentOS

I setup apache in CentOS on virtual box. Apache answers on port 80 but if I change the port and restart Apache it no longer answers. Any ideas?

Just create a service object TCP port 8080 and add to OC service group?

@scottalanmiller How to forward 8080 to 80 on the SW? In Firewall-Access Rules?

Not to my knowledge. I can try setting up httpd.conf for port 8080 and add that port to the SonicWALL config to be sure.

Has anyone setup a SonicWALL to access an OwnCloud server from the internet? I have deleted everything and used the public server wizard several times but still cant access OC from the outside

    • Accessing ownCloud From The Internet

      Server: CentOS 7

      Database: SQLite

      OC-Version:8.2.2

      PHP-Version:5.4.16

I used the public server wizard on an NSA 2400 to create NAT policy and firewall rules for Own Cloud.
I setup httpd.conf to listen on port 8080
I added the public IP address of my SonicWALL with port 8080 to trusted domains.
When I go to http://Public_IP:8080 from outside the network I get page cant be found.
What am I missing? Please let me know if you need screenshots or log files.
