I had a microcode update applied by Korora 26 during the week, perhaps that?
Check dnf history?

Maybe something using LibreOffices --convert-to command line option? For example:
soffice --convert-to xlsx:"Calc MS Excel 2007 XML" filename.csv --headless
Edit: Edited to change reference from Excel 2003 to 2007.

@jimmy9008 Yesterday. The patches are being held until your AV drops a particular registry key though, as some were found to bluescreen.

I am running the Dev version from F-Droid and I have options to use that, but I have not tested them.
The standard version of F-Droid has the same, photo/video only auto-upload options.

I've usually used xfce, though since they're slow moving things to GTK I might take a look at Budgie or MATE.
