I wanna say she said it was Ameritrade, but I could be wrong.

I've dealt with similar, where HR wanted to GIVE me their passwords so I could just login and take care of things when they were at meetings.

So, combining the Cloudflare DNS and the pi-hole filter is basically like having a firewall with content filtering?

If so, I just upgraded 2 of my Raspberry Pi's here at work. Might have a new project for home with one of the older R-Pis now.

CloudFlare DNS is just DNS, just like any other DNS. However, their focus is on privacy, and they claim that they will not keep or sell your browsing history. Also, from what the stats say, they are much faster than other big DNS servers like 8.8.8.8

Pi-Hole blocks ads/ad domains, but is also capable of blocking specific sites, or site lists.

@scottalanmiller Are you kididng me.... Console access to the XS, AND console access to all of my VMs from a web browser? I'm sold.

So I have to say.... So far, I am pleasantly surprised and impressed with this. Photos 2.0 definitely takes some tweaking and customizing via add on preview generators, etc. But so far, I am liking what I am seeing. I might do a write up on my findings/experience so everything it documented for me as well as others.

Well that was easy. For others looking to setup the EdgeMax line of routers with afraid.org (Assumes eth0 is your WAN port)

@scottalanmiller If I were you, I would go to a large open field, and using rocks, spell out SOS so someone can help. This is truly crisis mode at this point.

The real question here is: Will @Minion-Queen or @scottalanmiller wear a GoPro style camera, live streamed, attached to the head, so that remote viewers could actually see what it's like to live as one of you for a few hours?

Something that might trip you up is the data folder location. By default, /var/www/html/data does not exist, and the installer does not create it. You either have to create that data folder in the /var/www/html path, or point it to somewhere else entirely. Then, give permission to that data folder with the command used earlier:

chown -R www-data:www-data /var/www/html/data 
OR
chown -R www-data:www-data /SomeOtherPath/folder

Trying to explain to a customer that lowering his internet speed to save a few bucks, normally just isn't worth it. He has no onsite services at all. Everything is cloud based. sigh

Off camera, he demonstrated how containers are contained within different levels of hypervisors, by putting himself inside of varying sizes of boxes .

At least that's how I thought it should have been displayed. Yeah, that's how I'll choose to remember it.
