    • Potty Plotter

So about a year ago I came up with an idea for a website and app that would help you find restrooms and see reviews on them. I looked around the internet and found a few but everything seemed to ask for too much into or have too little info. Then I talked to a lot of people about what they wanted and got a lot of feedback about ideas. Then I got to work on the site and the app here is where I am on them.

      Site - http://pottyplotter.com/ - Almost done.
      App - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.supersimpleapps.pottyplotter.pottyplotter

I would love to hear feedback from everyone about it as there is always room for improvement. You are welcome to add potties to the database and if you placed one in error just let me know and I can remove it.

      CONS
You can easily get lost in its GUI

      **Free **
      Vesta CP
This is a great light panel that gets the job done.
      Nginx out of the box
      SSL support
      auto error pages
      great logs and graphs
      auto updates
      restart services from the panel
      full backups

      CONS
you need to pay for support
      only works on CentOS

If you guys have been using others I would like to hear them.

      Good news!

I got it working. My boss changed the name of the SMTP service to HOLDSMTP then when he changed it back it broke the patch. I pulled my from my backup then reinstalled the patch and everything is working.

I bet she eats through phone batteries like crazy. There is a reason why our iPads get "like new" battery life at five or more years old!

Yeah thats why I never get her anything with the battery built in. I know of this battery rule you are talking about but what you really need to watch for is what the battery is made of. If it is a LiPo battery and you run it to less then %10 when the battery cells die or they get hot. Now with NiMH you can run them to 0 and they will be fine but if you are storing them they need to have somewhat of a charge in them.

Here is a site with more info on batteries then you will ever need

What I would recommend, if at all possible is a simple color code of "great potties" "good" "fair" "eh" and "avoid at all cost"

Green down to red etc. lol

Click the map key on the site 🙂

Also I love being the 3rd person on the Google Play store to have downloaded an app.

What kind of details do you get from your side of things?

I can see all the database details like. Potties, Reviews, Searches that happen on the site. I can also see if a search on the site comes back with no potties. So that way I know what people want.

The app seems like a great idea. As a side though if someone makes a travel plan on google maps is there a way to overlay the potty plotter app and make recommendations based on the potties along that way?

Or more importantly potties to avoid?

Hmm No there is not way to do that now but I well put that one the list of things to add. I love that idea.
