I made my coffee so strong this morning that my hands are shaking and it partially dissolved my mug
So almost strong enough then.
I couldn't figure out why my desk was vibrating and my monitors were rocking back and forth. Was my leg bouncing heheh

Unless you like taurine, nicotine, and theobromides... Then that's the ultimate snack.

Caffeine is water soluble and diminishes when heat is applied... therefore, cold water extraction over a longer time period = rocket fuel. So let's figure out the shipping costs and I'll get some seriously caffeinated beverage into your hands.

Shipping is just money I could spend on making it here! Got a recipe?

Sure.... get a 1 gallon glass carboy, a 12-oz bag of light roast coffee beans (I ususally use Seattle's Best or whatever is on sale, but something decent) and 1 gallon of spring water. Put the beans in a food processor and grind lightly, until the beans are cracked. coarsely ground. Put the grounds into the carboy, then add the spring water. Store in the fridge, turning upside down shaking every day for 8 days. Pour off the coffee through a few layers of cheesecloth into a glass container (or containers), dispose of the grounds, keep the liquid refrigerated and enjoy. Worth the time and effort for such a caffeinated product. I like mine with a splash of milk, no sugar. And maybe a splash of rum or bourbon, if you so desire. Or Bailey's. Definitely start with a 5oz mug to see how it will affect you.
Be sure to add the key ingredient.... LOVE.

Tamale spread from a Joplin classic, Fred & Red's. It is my first time back since the re-opening. It is a greasy spoon diner that has been around close to 100 years. Serving spaghetti red, burgers and tamales.
