Looks like we are headed to Rock Fish.

Coffee and beignets earlier, then beers, beers, beers, full metal fries, now beef tartare. And beers.

Seafood enchiladas at Rock Fish.

Spaghetti and meatballs, with steamed baby carrots.

Easter lunch today... Basically whatever could be cooked in tuscany in this season... Well my mum did.

Dominica made vegan ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, peas, etc.

Made grilled cheese for dinner.

Normally I use American, but we were out. So it was a swiss one today.

You cook it until the meat is perfect. The veggies should still be crunchy IMO.
