Quick question to VMWare users. Does anyone know if it is better to have several small VMDKs or one large one for storage vMotion? Do you have any documentation to back it up? Just trying to figure out what the best practice is.

It's not the size of your VMDK that counts, it's the vMotion in the ocean....
