Really, I work in the middle of nowhere.

Ahh..and now I see why you have the bandwidth you have.
Yep. I live in the closest small light source north. Got 10M/1M at home, which still drives me nuts. The One Community fiber loop is on the poles in my front yard. Yet the best internet connection available in the area is 50M/5M.

I get that and it stinks. Verizon ran Fios Fiber through my neighborhood (literally the poles in my backyard) to interconnect 2 parts of the local town. But because my neighborrhood wasn't technically part of the town no franchise agreement and therefore stuck with cable and their crappy service and lines. Glad i moved

Haha that's a cool idea.
Here's my state. And no it's not during a blackout, we're just one giant dark zone
-
@TAHIN Hrm, Kansas?
-
Montana
We should keep this up. Post your state's night picture and others can try to guess the state. -
Where do we get said pictures?

I see DFW at the top, Houston, Austin, and the little SA spur.
-
@art_of_shred it's amazing how easily you can pick out everything in Texas from an aerial shot like that. That's OKC and Tulsa up above DFW, too.
-
@scottalanmiller Must be Baton Rouge to the right of Houston.
-
Wish I could find a better picture.
We're at about the right leg of the 'A' in Albany.
