You can built your own PaaS without Docker too. Does Docker particularly aid in PaaS provisioning? It's a decent component under the hood, but you can run OpenShift easier without it, I think. For example.

I did, we do that automatically when they are deleted if someone does ask us not to, since people can't purge their own. Did you want it kept? I assumed it was deleted on purpose and just awaiting purging. Sorry if that wasn't the intention. I didn't even read it, just saw that you deleted it and assumed as we've always done that (since you can't purge yourself.)
