It's slowly getting MUCH better!

For now the Website is running on a Server that @Breffni-Potter until certain travelers can get it up on ASO for me.

Had the same issue on the first run, but a refresh got the site running fine, might need to tune up on the caching may be!
and pingdom test looks decent too

Unfortunately the site first load still takes time, now trying from my home and its just showing the same screen as mentioned by @scottalanmiller I am sure if i refresh the site one more time it will load properly. Did you try using any plugins like https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/

I'll be trying to do some performance stuff for the site over the weekend. Sadly I'm out of commission for the next few days. Off to Brasov tonight, then Bucharest tomorrow, then Istanbul on Friday and finally New York on Saturday.

This is a great point. My boss really likes an official flier, but printout from the website have been allowable.
Little things to keep working on for the future.

@Minion-Queen you should look at upgrading your PayPal account to a business account, then the payment would be in the business name, not your personal one. It very easy to do.

Our fees are the same for Personal, Premier, and Business accounts. PayPal is free when you make purchases and when you send money from your bank account or PayPal balance. If you use a credit or debit card to send money, a fee applies. The sender decides who pays the fee.

This is not entirely accurate. If you have a business account and accept money, there is always a fee for incoming money, because you're a business. At least it was the last time I had that type of account.
