There is a test with the RackCDN content. Sadly, the HTTP just works, the HTTPS does not. That's going to be the big challenge.

In my above test witht he weird Homer face.... two images should have appeared. I linked the image twice. You can't see the raw post, of course. HTTPS doesn't work from RackCDN for us right now.

They did? The one is failing for me here. Do a screen shot. Did you get the image twice? Even your response to me only shows it once.

Using a page rule like this will not impact the rack space CDN issue.

Yes, but changing to HTTP, didn't change anything =P

I didn't think so. But how is @aaronstuder seeing two images and I am only seeing one. I'm trying to figure out what could be different.
