We are having a baby tomorrow. The c-scheduled for tomorrow morning. We have to be at the hospital at 5am.
Two kids under 2. Life is going to be crazy.
Best of luck to you and your spouse. May tomorrow come to a close with smiles, joy and good health to both mother and baby.
As for the two kids under 2,... Try having twins....Its kinda why I look like:
I don't know how you handle twins!
Belt in one hand and paddle in the other.

One bottle of Tylenol and Fireball at a time....
Speaking of that. It is funny that you mention whiskey. My son had bad toothaches and we tried all the baby crap on the market for toothpain. Some older people suggested we try putting whiskey on his gums. That worked so well, I wish we would have tried it months before we did.

That is what my grandmother did to us.

Whatever works, right?
Edit: I wonder if this works for adults with problem teeth.

Two kids under 2.
Irish twins!!!
They are 19 months apart which is close, but it could have been closer.
Ah, I see... a bit outside the Irish twins threshold, but damn that's still close together.
Irish twins was impossible for us, since my wifey had a c-section. I had to stay away from her for 12-16 weeks LOL.

Yep he cried at first, but once the alcohol numbed his gums, he was all smiles.

I am willing to sacrifice myself to find out. Donations to my cause are happily accepted.

Well,.. we'll need at least two people.. or more to make sure the results are not skewed... But @IRJ will have to be the control.
