      Youtube Video

Watching this video, ignore the actual topic of anti-vaccination, and focus on the bias discussion and the emotional human reaction to evidence and logic. Watching this is feels like they are talking about things like inverted pyramids or university education. No matter how much evidence, math or even common sense is applied, people get passionate and ignore, completely, the risk factors involved. And I think that turning to vendors to "handle the decision making" might be overlapping with the concept of inaction being better than action. I just found the logic and explanations in this video to really ring with how risk is seen in IT much of the time.
