Is the modem being detected when plugged in? Is the driver installed under devices?

@scottalanmiller The Laptop is the device where the user is using.

But you said that it was detecting in the machine. Is that the machine that is also the laptop? The question is, does the laptop detect the modem. Just yes or no.

Okay, if detected it will show up in the device manager. Any issues there? Exclamation point or anything? Is the driver loaded correctly?

Where does airplane mode come from? Airplane mode has nothing to do with modems.

So the issue is the airplane mode, not the modem? The modem is a red herring, perhaps?

Can you completely disable or remote airplane mode?

@scottalanmiller I have tried by changing some regedit values but no use in it.
                                  Whether any hardware issue ??
