      Hi,
In my company, we have 2 meeting rooms that our employees use for presentations or meetings.
i need a free solution, that can be accessible for all users to know when which meeting room is reserved or unoccupied.
      any solution from that kind?

      THANKS!

What systems do you already use? If you have Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, you can create a shared calender and share that with everyone for bookings? Or a similar online shared calendar system?

You can use Exchanges built in conference room feature too.

We also just use Exchange in office 365 but have shared calendar so when scheduling a conference room we invite the conference room as well if it is free it accepts and populates the location correctly.

Have you create an user just for the conference room?

It's what I do in Exchange 2003, I thought in new Exchange Versions this had changed.

There are resource accounts now, you create a resource account that acts very much like a normal email user.
