Pure luck that I was doing my daily check and seen the post.

Yup. Was on with chat support for 15 minutes or so they couldn't do anything for me... Twitter post and less than a minute later my internet was back on.

DO NOT CALL their service number. There were more than 10 spam trying to sell me something ads when I called in. Couldn't even get around it all to try and get the put in a ticket thing...
